Cancellation and Late Policies
Late Policy
There is a 15-minute window of grace for every appointment. We ask that if you are running late please call 443-648-5496 to inform Cella Pella that you are on your way and will be arriving within the 15-minute grace window. If you call but arrive later than 15-minutes your appointment will either be shortened or need to be rescheduled so the next client’s time is not affected. If your appointment does need to be rescheduled due to lateness you will be charged a fee dependent on the service booked. If you are on your way but do not notify Cella Pella and 15-minute goes by, we will mark you as a No-Show and your appointment will have to be rescheduled. There will be a charge applied to your credit card immediately, or upon check out at your next appointment if no credit card is on file.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be rescheduled and/or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If you are experiencing personal illness, a family emergency, or emergency car issues i.e., a car accident or flat tire, Cella Pella will take that into consideration. If you reschedule/cancel without giving proper notice a maximum 3 times you will be required to give a deposit upon booking all future appointments. This deposit can be applied to the service and will be non-refundable if an appointment is not properly changed.
No-Show Policy
There are zero exceptions for no-shows at Cella Pella. If you do not inform us that you cannot make it to your appointment you will be charged a no-show fee.
